The flat is part of a chalet including 2 apartments, one of which is the owner's holiday house. Used until 30 years ago as a shepherd's house and stable, the chalet has been completly renewed 5 years ago and is surrounded by 20 hectares of pasture land and woods.

Guests access to the house through a 700 meters private track: in winter a 4WD car is necessary.

The flat entrance is in the living room where a cooking corner is on the left hand side (fully equipped with microwave and fridge compartment). In the drawing room area a convertible sofa for two person. One bedroom with a queen size bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a balcony with view to the ski slope complete the apartment. In front of the main entrance, a large and confortable wooden terrace with outdoor furniture during the summer season. Bed sheets and towels are provided.



You get the keys from the owner.

Vecindad

The house is on the Italian-French border just next to Limone 1400 sky resort. The site is provided with a small supermarket, bars, restaurants and sport shops.

Limone is an old mountain village 7 km away: all facilities are provided (cinema, hotels, spa, restaurants, shops, tea rooms, disco...). A bus shuttle connects the Limone railway station to Limone 1400. The taxi fare is about 12 eur.
