The Villa is located on one of the closest housing developments to the Hua Hins city center, just a few minutes drive from the beach, shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, bars and restaurants and the majority of Hua's Hin Golf Courses.



For customers that don't always want to go into the town center , theirs a number of bars, restaurants and small shops within walking distance.

Bedrooms 1&2 . Ideal for 2 couples, 1 with double bed, 1 king size and wardrobes, both with TVs with satelitte, en-suite bathrooms and air-con. The 2 bedrooms have direct access to the Pool.

Bedroom 3 , Has 2 single beds and wardrobe, en-suite with shower and air-con.

Bedroom 4, Has a single bed and wardrobe, air-con and fan.

Bedroom 5. A small bedroom with single Bed,wardrobe, fan and air-con, small en-suite shower and toilet area.

Dinning Room with 6 Seater dinning table, sofa bed.

Living Room, The large living area has a lovely view on to the front garden, comes complete with 2 Large sofas, TV, music system and air-con.

Kitchen: (European). with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and automatic washing machine.



Guest-house, This is a lovely features of the house, particular if a couple staying would like a bit of privacy. it is separate to the main house, has a lovely view of the the Swimming Pool, it includes a double bedroom, with wardrobe ,air-con and fan, kitchenette, with sink, 2 ring gas hob,fridge and seating area. The bedroom doesn't have direct access to a toilet/shower but theirs one just outside.

Its a big swimming Pool (15/6.5 Mtrs) with separate children's area and jacuzzi. Enclosed for child safety.

The price doesn't include electric/water usage which is charge extra AT 5 THB for electric and water 40 THB per unit used. The meter is read on arrival and departure, I ask for a 5,000 THB per week booked as a deposit for electric costs.





Deposits/Payments

30% deposit secure the booking and final payment made 1 month before date of arrival.

I ask for for payment directly into my UK or Thai bank account.

Booking/availability is not guaranteed until the deposit has been paid.
