Booking and Check-In/Out Method:

- Send owner your booking dates, period and time of arrival by e-mail or contact by phone.

- Confirmation of availability will be done by e-mail or phone.

- Check In on arrival at the property (between 07:00 Hrs. to 22:00 hrs.), owner will give renter the keycard/keys upon receipt of security deposit of Euro 100 in cash (or equivalent in preferred currencies)together with the full amount due for the entire rental period.

- Check-out time to be agreed with owner who will return the security deposit subject to no damages to property.

- Payment in cash most preferred but PAYPAL or debit/wire transfer is also acceptable.
