Hello my name is Flo and I am offering a 1 bedroom apartment, quiet location in the Bohemian suburb of Montreuil, located on the eastern side of Paris.

The apartment is in good condiditon offering a separate bedroom with a double bed and bathroom pleasant view of garden, open plan kitchen fully equiped / living area with separate toilet. There is a double futon mattress available for the living room, the apartment can sleep max 3 people comfortably. The building is a typical old french house there is no lift and we are located on the second floor.



Washing machine, linen,and internet included.

Onsite help available at all times. English, French, Spanish spoken. More pictures available on request.

We are serviced by the Metro Line 9 (3 mins walk from the apartment) conveniently stopping at Nation,Oberkampf (walking distance to the Marais), Republique (Canal St Martin), Trocadero (effeil tower, Arc de Triomphe), Havre Caumartin (Opera Garnier, Galleries Lafayette, Printemps).Or alternatively you can rent a Parisian Bike (velib') from the many stations located in Montreuil, Paris is approx 3 km to the centre.

The apartment is located a few minutes’ walk from the metro Mairie de Montreuil, passing shops, restaurants etc. in a quiet residential street.

Montreuil is an alternative suburb of Paris boasting over 1000 artist who live and work here. There is theatres a few minutes walk away and a cinema. Swimming pool and parcs are closed too.
