This beautiful newly available bungalow is designed in Balinese style with an open air fan-cooled living room/dining/kitchen area overlooking the small courtyard garden and swimming pool. There are two double bedrooms with air-conditionaing, en-suite and cable television. In order to obtain the keys, you will picked up from the airport, and met on arrival and checked in and shown around. There is daily housekeeping, 24 hour security and breakfast, laundry, driver, tours, car/motorbike/bicycle rental, spa visits, horseriding, surf lessons....and more can be arranged for you. The most important feature of this beautiful holiday rental is its peaceful location, situated down quiet lanes, yet walking distance to beach, boutiques, restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets..and everything you could imagine for the perfect Bali holiday.

The house is on a quiet road with very little to no traffic. The road is more of a lane or "gang" as they are known as in Indonesia, and is well suited to travelling on foot or cycling. There is car access from the road called Jalan Dyana Pura, which is also the area of many restaurants, shops, night-clubs and spas. The beach is a gorgeous5-7 minute walk away, and surfing lessons, sun-baking, horse-riding, cafes (warungs) and massage are all available on the beach.

Mostly, Seminyak is famous for its beach activities - and as its a surfing beach, there is a lot of surfing to do, or watch. Additionally, there are world class restaurants, many night-clubs, boutiques, supermarkets, yoga/pilates and spas. Bali is also home to some famous festivals, for example the Ubud Writers and Readers Festival (October). After walking to the beach from this bungalow, head left down the beach to the Kuta beach scene, or Legian family areas, or go right to reach the luxury of Oberoi Street's restaurants (or the beach restaurants, such as "La Luciola") or the tranquility of Pettitenget.
