This is one of our apartments: sunny penthouse completely refurbished in a simple, elegant style, to comfortably lodge 5 people. With two 32 sq. meter private terraces you can enjoy the most espectacular panoramic views of the city: on one side the beach and the Sagrada Familia and on the other side the Parc Güell and the mountains of Montjuic and Tibidabo.



Located in Barcelona´s Gracia neighbourhood minutes away from the city centre with a very unique charm: the narrow pedestrian streets, the quiet, the culture, the festivals (like the Festa Major during mid August, very well known in the city), the cinemas (in original version), thaters and bookshops. This is a part of the city where the intellectual crowd gathers to enjoy the laid back, bohemian atmosphere in its cafes, and restaurants, and where independent designers sell their wares in charming boutiques.



The city centre can be reached in minutes by bus, and is just 3 stops on the underground metro. Within a short stroll of the apartment you can find all the necessary amenities, including supermarkets, internet cafes, and a myriad of bars and restaurants. The Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell are also within walking distance.
