This lovely apartment has been furnished by the owner who has opted for quality rather than economy & guests will not be disappointed. The design of this property is very unusual and rarely available. It appears from the front to be a bungalow with front garden parking & entry at ground level. It is not until you go though the rear door & onto the large terrace that you see the natural terrain has allowed this apartment complex to be built in very attractive 'steps and stairs' on the hillside of the Vista Golf resort. A very special property for someone looking for short term luxury or a very comfortable long term rental which also has a telephone & internet option via the cable TV system already in place. Accommodation

Bedrooms: The charming master bedroom offers a haven to relax. The opulent design comprises: super-king size bed which can be split into twin beds if required, in-built wardrobe.
The stylish and bright second bedroom has 2 single beds plus a pull out bed below.
Bathrooms: Good sized modern, fully tiled, family bathroom comprising bath with overhead shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and even a dishwasher. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and clothes airer. All the necessary kitchen and household equipment is provided.
Living Rooms: The living area provides comfort and plenty of seating with 3 deep leather sofas. The sideboard houses the flat screen TV, cable UK TV package, DVD player and portable stereo. Also an oval extendable dining table with 4 comfortable chairs (plus 4 more).
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All linen is provided. Cleaning is provided between each arrival.


Notes on accommodation
Short term or long term rental. Luxury and style is what's on offer in this beautifully appointed bungalow-apartment. As this is the owners holiday home it is furnished to an extremely high standard and is offered as lovely family accommodation with swimming floats, games etc for use of guests. The apartment has ceiling and standard fans. Because of its unique position it has both front and back doors (like a bungalow) and plenty of windows, so breezes flow easily through and as a result air-conditioning has never been necessary or requested by guests. For winter warmth, there are plenty of electric oil-filled radiators and a stove. The owners would expect guests to take care of this property and it contents. This is a residential complex, so guests are expected to observe the Community Rules and Regulations which will be displayed in the apartment.

Coast/Beach
The summers are dry and the winters very mild. It's claimed the area has more than 320 days a year of bright sunshine. The climate is more agreeable than the rest of the Costa Blanca as the mountains being farther away from the coast, generate a pleasant breeze in the heat of the day. The Torrevieja salt lakes help to make the area one of the healthiest places in Europe! Playa Flamenca and La Zenia Beaches, are only 10 minutes drive away with numerous unspoilt coves along this coastline.

Golf
La Finca - 20 mins - this new 72 par golf course, set in the heart of the Vega Baja countryside, has been completed by the prestigious developers of the Villa Martin and Las Ramblas golf courses. Its situation, surrounded by orange groves and near the Guardamar and La Marina beaches, make this course an excellent playing experience.
Villamartin - 5 mins - It's main advantage is the variety to be found on its 18 holes due to the excellent design. This will allow you to have truly enjoyable golf mainly because you'll have to use all 14 clubs on this incredibly well maintained and looked after golf course.
Real Club de Golf de Campoamor - 5 mins - the circuit of this course is flexible enough for amateur or professional. It's long and wide range is suitable for all players, being its main difficulty on the greens and sloped areas.
Las Ramblas 5 min - situated between hills and the shores of the Mediterranean, this course demands precision and concentration from all those who play on it

Airports - Murcia (27km ) or Alicante (44km). Ferry - Alicante 48km. Car recommended but not necessary. Further details
If the family would like a change from playing by the pool or on the beach why not visit the Aquopolis water park in Torrevieja (open summer months), safari park (near Elche/Santa Pola), underground caves (at Canelobre) or the funfair by Torrevieja marina throughout the summer. Aquapolis water park is a wonderful day out for all the family; with rapids, kamikaze and zig zag water slides, wave pool, swimming pools and infants pool. Jacuzzi, mini golf, restaurant, cafeteria and lots more. If you want a day away from the beach or golf courses, why not try a day in the beautiful countryside and enjoy the mountains, pine woods, olive and almond trees, orange and lemon groves plus 2 large salt lakes. The salt lakes of Torrevieja are a favourite resting place for different varieties of migratory birds, particularly flamingos. Alternatively, why on take a trip to the beautiful, unspoilt, Isla Tabarca (Tabarca Island) from Torrevieja marina or a coast line boat trip. You can fish, or jet ski or go riding at the many riding stables around. There is also ten-pin bowling and even quad biking and go-karting for the more adventurous.
